What locations do we deliver to?

We currently deliver within city limits of all Emirates across the UAE. Shortly, we will also deliver to selected coutries abroad. The countries will be available for selection during checkout.

How long does delivery take in the UAE?

 Delivery to Dubai takes 0-1 business day and 0-2 business days to other Emirates in the UAE.

We have listed "0" as same day shipping is available to Dubai, Abu-Dhabi & Sharjah.

How long do international shipments take?

We estimate for eligible countries that shipping time should be between 5-7 days as long as there are not delays at local customs.

Is delivery free?

Generally, shipping charges are AED 9 per order domestically(UAE) and internationally as per the eligible country however, we have free delivery on orders above AED 49 domestically or  free shipping on $49 internationally depending on the destination during promotions.

Return & Cancellation Policy

What if I received the wrong products?

If you have received the wrong products, please contact our customer care team within 3 days of receipt.

How do I cancel My Order?

Orders may be cancelled as long as the shipment has not been dispatched by logging into your account and cancelling the order or alternatively reaching out on hello@artisansouq.com or +97152 235 8800 .

Your order cannot be cancelled once shipped however, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your package provide the package is unsealed and the items are in good condition(you will be charged for shipping in this scenario).

How do I return my products?

You may return your order within 3 days of receiving your package as long as the items are in good condition. There will be a return fee of AED 20 locally and internally as per the destination fees.

What if I receive damaged products?

Please inspect your order during receipt to ensure the items are in good condition. In the rare scenario where this is not the case, please contact us with any damage-related complaints and evidence within 3 days.
